Free tier
Our Free plan lets you evaluate SlideReply at no cost, so we encourage you to try before subscribing to a paid plan.
Refund eligibility
If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund within the eligibility window described at checkout. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Contact our India-based support team via the Contact page with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process eligible refunds promptly.
Annual plans
For annual subscriptions, refunds may be prorated for the unused portion of the term, subject to the eligibility window.
Currency and fees
Refunds are issued in the currency you were billed in — INR for India and USD for the rest of the world. Any third-party payment processor fees may be non-refundable.
